摘要
职校学生是新时代工匠人才的后备军,探究职校学生理想信念教育常态化机制有利于提升其职业道德精神,推进思想政治教育的有序开展。构建以政策工具类型为横向维度,理想信念教育内容为纵向维度的二维分析框架,采用Nvivo软件对当前网络时代下我国职校学生理想信念教育相关的33篇政策文件进行编码分析。研究发现,政策文件整体呈现政策工具类型使用多元、政策内容配套措施种类丰富等特征,也存在政策工具使用失衡、工具载体协同效应割裂等情况;政策内容理论性强,理想信念教育未常态落地;诱因性工具配置缺位,生活和职业理想信念教育载体落空等。建议政府进一步加强政策工具顶层设计,提升工具的系统效应力;遵循“三贴近”原则,推进理想信念教育常态化以及提高诱因工具内在驱力,搭建生活和职业理想信念教育工具载体;充分利用网络媒体工具有利于推进职校学生理想信念教育常态化开展。
Vocational school students are the reserve force of craftsmen in the new era.Exploring the normalization mechanism of their ideal and belief education is conducive to improving their professional ethics and promoting the orderly development of ideological and political education.The paper constructs a two-dimensional analysis framework,with the type of policy tools as the horizontal dimension and the content of ideal and belief education as the vertical dimension,and uses Nvivo software to code and analyze 33 policy documents related to ideal and belief education of vocational school students in the current network era.The results show that the policy documents are characterized by multiple types of policy tools,various types of policy content supporting measures;meanwhile,there is also imbalanced use of policy tools,separation of tool carrier synergy,strong theoretical policy content yet unimplemented ideal and belief education,absence of incentive tool allocation,and failure of life and occupation ideal and belief education carrier.It is suggested that the government should further strengthen the top-level design of policy tools to enhance the systematic effect,follow the principle of“Three Closeness”,promote the normalization of ideal and belief education and improve the internal driving force of incentive tools,make full use of network media tools to promote the normalization of vocational school students'ideal and belief education.
