摘要
针对PHC预应力管桩在复杂地质、持力层起伏较大的地方无法科学合理配桩,造成桩长过剩、技术经济性差的问题,通过施工图纸、地勘报告,利用AutoCADCivil 3d、Revit等相关BIM信息化软件进行三维建模分析,初步对配桩长度进行合理估算。施工时记录压桩数据,不断调整三维模型,达到精确BIM信息化配桩,减少资源浪费,降低施工成本。
In view of PHC prestressed pipe pile in complex geology,the large fluctuation of bearing layer can not be scientific and reasonable pile allocation,resulting in excess pile length,poor technical economy and other problems.Based on construction drawings and geological prospecting reports,3 D modeling analysis is carried out by using relevant BIM information software such as AutoCAD Civil 3 D and Revit,and reasonable estimation is made for the length of the matching pile.During construction,the piling data are recorded and the3 D model is adjusted continuously to achieve accurate BIM information pile allocation,reduce resource waste and reduce construction cost.
