摘要
本文针对水产品加工问题中的切段环节设计了一种水产品切段装置,主要为该装置的设计思路和设计过程以及结构细节展示。通过对该装置需要满足的工作需求,确定其对应的工作机构,利用Solidworks软件进行机构设计,构建水产品切段装置的三维模型,并利用AutoCAD软件绘制二维图纸。设计结果证明:本装置相对于其他鱼类加工装置,其优势为结构相对简单,且精度不高,日常清理维护也比较简单,成本低,可适用身长范围在300 mm以内的水产品。
This topic designs a kind of aquatic product cutting device for the segment link of aquatic product processing,which mainly shows the design idea,design process and structure details of the device.Through the working requirements of the device,the corresponding working mechanism is determined,the mechanism is designed by using Solidworks software,the three-dimensional model of the aquatic product segmentation device is constructed,and the two-dimensional drawings are drawn by using AutoCAD software.The design results show that compared with other fish processing devices,this device has the advantages of relatively simple structure,low precision,simple daily cleaning and maintenance,low cost,and suitable for body length within 300 mm.
