摘要
伴随着近20年煤炭工业的快速发展以及近年来矿用采掘装备自动化、智能化水平要求的不断提高,"一点集中,多点分布"的设计已经成为煤矿采掘装备电控系统发展的趋势,然而众多的分布式电控单元、传感器与整机的控制器之间需要进行大量的数据及信息的交互,这些数据信息的交互如果采用线对线的连接,将大大增加系统线束的工作量同时增加设备电控系统的故障点,降低设备运行的可靠性。讨论了CAN总线的应用,为矿用采掘装备分布式系统的发展以及数据、信息的交互提供了有效解决方案,并随着CAN总线器件种类的不断增加,形成采掘装备独特的CAN总线网络。
With the rapid development of the coal industry in the past 20 years and the continuous improvement of the automatic and intelligent level of mining and excavation equipment in recent years,the design of " one point concentration,multi-point distribution" has become the trend of the development of electric control system for coal mining and excavation equipment,however,a great deal of data and information are needed between the distributed electronic control units and sensors and the controller of the whole machine,it will greatly increase the workload of the system wiring harness and increase the fault point of the equipment system electronic control,and reduce the reliability of the equipment operation. The application of CAN bus was discussed,which provided an effective solution for the development of distributed system of mining mining equipment and the interaction of data and information. With the continuous increase of the types of CAN bus devices,a unique CNA bus network of mining equipment was formed.
