摘要
研发了一套覆盖件型面拉延筋参数化设计系统。设计了拉延筋的参数化模型,提出了拉延筋自动设计方案。系统采用自适应曲线离散方法得到拉延筋截面控制点,基于垂直截平面完成拉延筋截面线的几何参数化设计,利用控制截面线类型的方式完成混合拉延筋的生成和过渡,最后通过曲面扫掠结合端头光顺处理方法完成拉延筋的三维几何实体建模。该方法避免了冲压负角和建模失败,可快速、准确地创建矩形、圆形和混合拉延筋。通过汽车后盖内板拉延型面的拉延筋自动化设计案例,验证了该系统的有效性和实用性。
An automated design system of drawbead of automobile panel was been researched and developed.A parametric model of drawbead was designed,and an automatic design scheme of drawbead was put forward.An adaptive discrete method of drawbead curve was introduced to generate control points.Based on the vertical section,the geometrical parametric design of drawbead section curve was completed.The generation and transition of the hybrid drawbead were accomplished by controlling type of cross section curve.A three-dimensional real drawbead was obtained through sweep surface combining with smooth ending at ends of drawbeads.Our system can stamping undercut shape in the stamping direction and modeling failure.The rectangular,circular and mixed-shaped drawbeads could be quickly constructed by this system.Finally,a practical example of the inner panel of rear cover was presented to verify the feasibility and validity of our method.
