摘要
修德堂是苏州东山镇一组具有较高文保价值的民居建筑群,为摆脱传统价值评估方式,采用空间辨证的思维审视建筑遗产的价值。通过阐述空间生产理论的概念及内在机制,对建筑遗产进行解构,论述物质空间、社会空间、精神空间具体内容,并以东山修德堂为例,系统而清晰地解读三大空间中建筑遗产的价值及采取的保护措施,以期为建筑遗产保护思路给予一定的启发。
Xiude Hall is a group of residential buildings with high cultural preservation value in Dongshan Town of Suzhou City.In order to get rid of the traditional value assessment,the spatial dialectical thinking is adopted to examine the value of architectural heritage.By explaining the concept of space production theory and internal mechanism,the architectural heritage is deconstructed,the material space,social space and spiritual space are discussed.By using Dongshan Xiude Hall as an example,the paper systematically and clearly interprets the architectural heritage value of the three spaces and their protection measures,so as to give certain inspiration for the protection of the architectural heritage.
