摘要
目的探讨早期持续被动运动(CPM)对胫骨平台骨折(TPF)患者术后功能恢复的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月在驻马店市中心医院就诊的260例TPF患者,采用随机数字法分为实验组和对照组,每组130例。对照组采用常规主动训练,实验组加用CPM。比较两组膝关节肿胀程度、膝关节活动度(ROM)、疼痛水平、膝关节功能情况。结果实验组术后2周、6周膝关节肿胀程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后2周、6周膝关节ROM高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后2周、6周和3个月视觉模拟评分法(VAS)低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组术后3个月膝关节功能优良率高于对照组(44.62%vs.30.0%)(P<0.05)。结论TPF患者在术后早期进行CPM,能够有效改善膝关节肿胀和活动度、降低疼痛,有利于关节功能的恢复。
【Objective】To explore the effects of early continuous passive movement(CPM)on postoperative function recovery of patients with tibial plateau fracture(TPF).【Methods】A total of 260 TPF patients who were treated from January to December 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,130 cases in each group.The control group was given routine active training,while experimental group was additionally given CPM.The knee joint degree of swelling,knee joint range of motion(ROM),pain level and knee joint function were compared between the two groups.【Results】At 2 weeks and 6 weeks after surgery,knee joint degree of swelling in experimental group was milder than that in control group(P<0.05),and knee joint ROM was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks,6 weeks and 3 months after surgery,scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,good rate of knee joint function in experimental group was higher than that in control group(44.62%vs.30.0%)(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Early CPM for TPF patients after surgery can effectively improve knee swelling and range of motion,and alleviate pain,which is beneficial to the recovery of joint function.
