纳米药物制剂实验课程教学实践探索

摘要 “纳米药物制剂实验”是华中科技大学生物制药专业本科生新开设的专业实验课程,目前尚未见其他高校开设。课程小组结合团队科研课题,全面思考,设计了具有创新性和综合性的实验单元,同时采用任务驱动、探究式自主学习的教学模式进行课程教学。两年来的教学实践表明,“纳米药物制剂实验”的开设将理论知识学习与实践动手操作有机地结合起来,加深了学生对药物纳米化技术的理解和掌握,不但有助于提高学生实验技能和综合分析能力,还有利于培养学生的创新意识和创新精神。 “Experiments in Nanopharmaceuticals”is a new course for the undergraduates with the specialty of biopharmaceutics,which is not offered in other universities.Based on the comprehensive thinking,course team designed the innovative and comprehensive experimental units by combination with the research projects.The task-driven approach was applied during the course teaching.The teaching practice showed that the theoretical and practical study were combined organically by“Experiments in Nanopharmaceuticals”,which deepens understanding of nano-drug technology for the students.This course not only helps students to improve operational and comprehensive analysis ability,but also benefits to cultivate their innovative spirit.
