摘要
万家庄煤矿井下刮板输送机采用1.14 kV高压供电,使用隔爆兼本质安全型高压真空电磁起动器起动,设备启动方式造成启动电流大、降压大、机械冲击大等问题。针对这一情况,选择1.14 kV高压软起动器对该煤矿刮板输送机起动系统进行改造。
The underground scraper conveyor of Wanjiazhuang Coal Mine adopts 1.14 kV high voltage power supply and uses flameproof and intrinsically safe high voltage vacuum electromagnetic starter to start.The starting mode of the equipment causes problems such as large starting current,great voltage reduction,large mechanical impact and so on.In view of this situation,1.14 kV high voltage soft starter is selected to transform the starting system of scraper conveyor in this coal mine.
