摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,物流基础设施建设初具规模,与沿线国家地区贸易和通关便利化合作进展快速,巨大的人员流动促进了沿线国家和地区物流发展。但客观来看,“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的物流网络尚未真正形成、物流配送系统信息化程度较低、物流安全问题十分突出。必须采取加强政治互信,推进“一带一路”倡议实施与物流协同发展,加快高水平物流集成场地和物流网络信息化建设等措施,有效破解“一带一路”倡议实施中的物流瓶颈问题。
With the deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative,the construction of logistics infrastructure has begun to take shape,and the cooperation with countries and regions along the route to facilitate trade and customs clearance is progressing rapidly.The huge flow of people has promoted the the logistics development of countries and regions along the route.But objectively speaking,the logistics network of the countries and regions along the Belt and Road has not yet been formed,the degree of informationization of the logistics distribution system is low,and the problem of logistics security is very prominent.We must strengthen political mutual trust,create a good environment for solving the bottleneck of logistics,promote the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative and coordinate development of logistics,accelerate the construction of high-level logistics integration sites and logistics network informationization,so as to effectively solve the logistics bottleneck problem in the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.
