火试金富集-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铜铂钯合金中铂量和钯量 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用火试金法处理试料,经配料、熔融,获得适当质量的含有贵金属的铅扣,然后通过灰吹得到富集的贵金属合粒,合粒经硝酸、盐酸溶解处理后,以稀盐酸为介质,利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱,使用更低的检出限和超高的灵敏度,测定铜铂钯合金中的铂量和钯量。经测定,铂相对标准偏差为1.6%~2.3%,钯相对标准偏差为1.8%~2.3%,铂加标回收率为99.7%~100.6%,钯加标回收率为99.1%~100.5%。 In this paper,the fire assay method is used to treat the sample,after batching and melting,a lead button containing noble metal of appropriate quality is obtained,and then enriched noble metal composite particles are obtained by ash blowing,after dissolving the pellets with nitric acid and hydrochloric acid,the dilute hydrochloric acid is used as the medium,the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy and lower detection limit and ultra-high sensitivity are used to determine the amount of platinum and palladium in the copper-platinum-palladium alloy.It is determined that the relative standard deviation of platinum is 1.6%~2.3%,the relative standard deviation of palladium is 1.8%~2.3%,the recovery rate of platinum addition is 99.7%~100.6%,and the recovery rate of palladium addition is 99.1%~100.5%.
