摘要
采用酸溶法消解车用陶瓷催化剂后都会残留残渣,对残渣的成分进行分析并对其中的贵金属含量进行检测。采用半定量分析发现,残渣成分是氟化铝。将残渣用碱熔融法进行溶解,并用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对其进行定量分析发现残渣中贵金属元素含量低于定量下限,可忽略不计。结果表明:采用酸溶法对车用陶瓷催化剂溶解后有残渣不能表明贵金属不完全溶出。
The composition of the residue was analyzed and the content of precious metals in the residue was detected.Semi quantitative analysis shows that the residue is aluminum fluoride.The residue was dissolved by alkali melting method and quantitatively analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).It was found that the content of precious metal elements in the residue was lower than the lower limit of quantification and could be ignored.The results show that the residue of ceramic catalyst dissolved by acid method could not indicate the incomplete dissolution of precious metals.
