摘要
针对厦门地铁盾构在吹填区域隧道内自身交叠工况,施工中存在隧道交叠施工对土层多次扰动。隧道间的相互影响,导致地应力分布错杂,交叠施工对隧道所在地下空间将造成安全隐患。另由于盾构自身的重量较大,且掘进时对周边土体的扰动大,易造成下行已成形隧道出现管片错台,开裂,变形等现象。本文通过在施工前采取预加固处理,施工中对下行隧道支撑及加强监控量测等信息化手段,形成了盾构区间交叠段施工关键技术,确保了施工质量与安全。
In view of the overlapping working conditions of Xiamen metro shield in the tunnel in the hydraulic filling area,there are many disturbance of soil layer caused by the construction of tunnel overlapping construction,and the mutual influence between tunnels leads to the miscellaneous distribution of ground stress. Overlapping construction will cause safety hazards to the underground space of the tunnel.Besides,the weight of shield is large,and the disturbance to surrounding soil mass is large,it often causes the phenomenon of segment dislocation,cracking and deformation in the tunnel formed in the downhill. Through the pre-reinforcement treatment before construction,supports the down tunnel and strengthens monitoring and measurement,etc.,the key construction technology of the overlapping section of shield interval is formed,and it will ensure the construction quality and safety.
