摘要
生态保护红线作为近年来中国生态文明建设和生态环境保护的一项重要制度创新,自提出以来就得到了理论界的广泛关注,取得很多有价值的成果。文章从生态保护红线概念及其划定技术方法、类型、管控制度等方面进行梳理,在此基础上从研究内容、研究方法和研究视角三个方面总结现有研究不足,指出未来生态保护红线研究的方向:系统梳理和分析生态保护红线实践的相关资料数据;进一步拓展生态保护红线的研究内容,增强多科学研究方法;全面开展不同类型、不同区域、不同层面的生态保护红线管控体系研究。
As an important institutional innovation in the construction of ecological civilization and the protection of ecological environment in China in recent years,ecological protection red line has been widely concerned by the theoretical circle since it was put forward,and many valuable achievements have been made.This paper reviews the concept,the defining technical method and type,and the management system of ecological protection red line.On this basis,the existing research deficiencies are summarized from three aspects:research content,research methods and research perspective.It is pointed out that the future research on ecological protection red line can be carried out in the following aspects:systematically combing and analyzing the relevant data of ecological protection red line practice,further expanding the research content of ecological protection red line and strengthening multi-scientific research methods,comprehensively facilitating management system research of different types,in different regions,and at different levels.
