摘要
德国以强大的工业闻名于世,得益于“双元制”职业教育的支撑。德国“双元制”职业教育注重人才需求对职业教育的引领,重视“双元制”职业教育对专业技术人员素质的提高,关注学生实践动手能力对产教融合效果的提升,突出法律法规对职业教育的保障,有力地推进了德国工业现代化进程。借鉴德国经验,我国职业教育要强力推动产教融合,促进经济发展,必须以充足的财政投入支撑职业教育的发展,以完善的政策和法律体系保障职业教育的发展,以企业为主导、多方参与推动产教融合的发展,以充分的实践教学促进产业创新人才辈出。
Supported by its“dual-system”vocational education,Germany is known as a powerful industrial country.German“dual system”vocational education,which attaches importance to the leading role of talents on vocational education,the enhancement of the quality of professional and technical personnel by“dual system”education,the role of students’practical ability in improving the integration effect of industry and education and the protection of laws and regulations for vocational education,has effectively promoted the modernization of German industry.By drawing on the experience of Germany,China’s vocational education should strongly promote the integration of industry and education,so as to boost economic growth.It is necessary to support the development of vocational education with sufficient financial input,guarantee the development of vocational education with a sound policy and legal system,propel the integrated development of industry and education with enterprises as the leading role and the participation of multiple parties,and cultivate more innovative industrial talents through sufficient practical teaching.
