摘要
学习型家庭,作为一种提升家庭成员文化、艺术、道德等方面的结构单位,对于提高国民素质、提升国民幸福感,实现中国梦有重大意义。推进学习型家庭建设,要有宏观视野,要具有系统、统筹的生态学观点。构建学习型家庭,不止于家庭本身,政府、学校、社区等也应成为学习型家庭构建的主体。政府应起到统筹作用,学校应起到动力作用,社区应起到环境体作用,家庭本身应起到本体作用。应厘清各自角色和任务,构建“四位一体”的学习型家庭建设体系。
As a structural unit to enhance the culture,art and morality of family members,learning family is of great significance to improve national quality,enhance national happiness and realize the Chinese dream.To promote the construction of learning family,we should have a macro vision and a systematic and overall ecological view.To build a learning family,not only the family itself,but also the government,schools,communities and other subjects should be included.The government should play the role of overall planning,the school should play the role of motivation,the community should play the role of environment body,and the family itself should play the role of noumenon.We should clarify their respective roles and tasks,and build a“four-in-one”learning family construction system.
