摘要
针对耦合的双转子系统建立了有限元模型,在ANSYS Workbench中利用CAMPBELL图法和不平衡响应峰值判断临界转速值两种方法求解临界转速值并进行对比,证明了求得的双转子系统临界转速值的合理性;并通过简化,将双转子系统简化为单转子系统,以此降低运算的复杂程度。结果表明,简化后的单转子计算值与双转子系统计算值误差较小,满足简化要求。
A finite element model is established for thecoupled dual-rotor system.The CAMPBELL map method and the unbalanced response peak value are used to determine the critical speed value in ANSYS Workbench to solve the critical speed value and compare them.The rationality of the critical speed value of the dual-rotor system,and by simplifying,the dual-rotor system is simplified to a single-rotor system,thereby reducing the complexity of the operation.The results show that the calculated value of the simplified single rotor and the calculated value of the dual rotor system are small,which satisfies the simplified requirements.
