摘要
基于工科专业“3+1”人才培养方案,分析了应用型本科院校“3+1”改革模式的类型,针对现有研究模式存在的突出问题,对其中的“1”进行了多年实践和探索,提出了“1人1岗”就业实习改革方式,实现“3”和“1”无缝对接、校企合作共建双赢。全面实施工科专业“3+1”人才培养方案,有利于加强工科专业学生实践教学环节,实现毕业生精准就业,提高应届毕业生初次签约就业率。此方案适合在工科专业推广,也适合进一步探索新时代工学结合、产教研学等校企合作新模式。
They were analysed that the types of“3+1”reform models of applied undergraduate colleges based on“3+1”talent training program.The“1”has been practiced and explored for many years in response to the problems of existing models.The paper puts forward the reform cases of“one person,one post”employment practice,which can realize the seamless connection between“3”and“1”and realize the win-win cooperation between school and enterprise.If the“3+1”talent training program for engineering majors will be fully implemented,the practical teaching link of students in engineering majors will be strengthened,the precise employment of graduates will be realized and the employment rate of fresh graduates for the first time will be increased.It is suitable for the promotion of engineering majors,but it is also suitable for further exploring new models of school-enterprise cooperation such as the combination of work and learning,combination of production,teaching and research in the new era.
