摘要
文章基于珠三角、长三角、环渤海湾以及长江经济带等地区352家制造企业有效问卷数据,实证检验了企业间供应链联结强度、信息共享与企业即兴能力之间的关系。研究结果表明:供应链联结强度的各维度指标均对企业即兴能力有显著的正向影响;信息共享对企业即兴能力有显著的正向影响,且在供应链联结强度与企业即兴能力之间起中介作用。研究结论丰富了即兴能力的前因变量研究,为揭开企业即兴能力的影响机理提供了新视角,并对企业的管理实践具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the valid questionnaire data of 352 manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta,Bohai Bay,and Yangtze River economic belt,this paper empirically tests the relationship among supply chain con⁃nection strength,information sharing,and enterprise improvisation ability.The results show that each dimension index of supply chain connection strength has a significant positive impact on enterprise improvisation ability;information sharing has a significant positive impact on enterprise improvisation ability,and plays a mediating role between supply chain con⁃nection strength and enterprise improvisation ability.The research conclusion enriches the research on the antecedent vari⁃ables of improvisation ability,provides a new perspective for revealing the influence mechanism of enterprise improvisa⁃tion ability,and has certain guiding significance for enterprise management practice.
