摘要
针对铝合金箱体加工后残余应力释放导致的零件变形与尺寸超差等问题,开展不同残余应力调控对加工变形影响的研究。本文分别利用频谱谐波法和高能超声法对零件的关键部位进行多次应力调控,削减加工过程中产生的残余应力,并分别利用盲孔法和超声波法对残余应力进行测量,得到调控后零件的残余应力减少量,最后以加工后零件变形量的多少来对比评价上述两种调控方法对零件变形的影响程度和对应力控制的优劣。
Aiming at the problems of part deformation and size out of tolerance caused by residual stress release after the processing of aluminum alloy box,we studied the influence of different residual stress regulation methods on the part deformation.The spectrum harmonic method and the high-energy ultrasound method were used to perform multiple stress adjustments on the key parts to reduce the residual stress generated during the processing.The blind hole method and the ultrasound method were used to measure the residual stress to obtain the amount of stress reduction.Finally,through the comparison of the part deformation with/without the stress regulation,we evaluated the influence of the two regulation methods on the part deformation and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.
