摘要
在中国餐饮业快速发展过程中,中式快餐作为一种全新的餐饮发展模式迅速崛起,在经济高速发展的时代背景下得到越来越多关注。中西式快餐企业在管理模式上有较大差异,主要受到饮食习惯和饮食文化的影响。相对而言,中式快餐在服务品质、管理能力、品牌建设及竞争模式方面存有不足,为此,从商业模式创新、品牌构建及管理理念改进等方面提出促进中式快餐企业管理模式优化的建议。
In the process of rapid development of Chinese catering business, Chinese fast food has risen rapidly as a brandnew catering development model, and has received more and more attention in the current era of rapid economic development. The management modes of Chinese and western fast food enterprises are quite different, which are mainly affected by eating habits and food culture. Relatively speaking, Chinese-style fast food has shortcomings in terms of service quality, management capabilities, brand building, and competition mode. For this reason, propose suggestions to promote the optimization of Chinese-style fast food enterprise management models from the aspects of business model innovation, brand building and management concept improvement.
