摘要
目的:探究不同手术方法治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法:2014年1月-2020年6月收治股骨转子间骨折患者60例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,各30例。对照组接受锁定钢板法治疗,研究组实施股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组并发症发生率、手术时间及术中出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与锁定钢板法相比,股骨转子间骨折患者给予PFNA治疗效果明显,能有效缩短患者手术时间,术中出血量及并发症少,有利于患者早日恢复健康。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:From January 2014 to June 2020,60 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were treated and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods with 30 cases in each group.The control group received locking plate therapy.Proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nailing(PFNA)was performed in the study group.The clinical effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications,operative time and intraoperative blood loss volume in the study group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the locking plate method,PFNA can effectively shorten the operative time,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding volume and complications,and is conducive to the early recovery of patients.
