摘要
教学、科研、育人是高校的三大中心工作,也是支撑高校发展的主体,而“立德树人”是高校人才培养的根本任务。依托实证调查的数据分析,在提出符合高职院校实际的科研育人框架的基础上,实施以“科研引领”为指导,科研机制、师生团队、评价体系、成果平台、学术诚信五位一体的科研育人模式,应是有效推进高职院校科研育人的工作思路,同时在运行过程中也进一步优化育人思路,完善育人机制。
Teaching,scientific research and education are the three central tasks of colleges and universities,and they are also the main body supporting the development of colleges and universities.“Cultivating Talents by Virtue”is the basic criterion and ultimate goal of cultivating talents in colleges and universities.Based on data analysis,empirical study in higher vocational colleges is put forward in accordance with the actual scientific research education framework on the basis of the implementation guided by the“lead”of scientific research.The“Five in One”scientific research education mode,included scientific research mechanism,teachers and students’team,the evaluation system,work platform,and academic integrity,is good for the higher vocational colleges to promote scientific research and educational work.At the same time,in the process of operation,the thinking of education is further optimized and the mechanism of education is improved.
