摘要
对某汽车工字梁前桥进行理论力学分析计算,获得了标准疲劳试验工况下承受载荷的状态。提取出边界条件,建立有限元模型,进行前桥静、动态特性仿真分析,得到了前桥的强度、刚度以及模态频率、模态振型,评价了前桥基本性能。
The theoretical mechanical analysis and calculation of the front axle are carried out,and the state of bearing load under the standard fatigue test condition is obtained.The boundary conditions are extracted,the finite element model is established,the static and dynamic characteristics of the front axle are simulated and analyzed,the strength,stiffness,modal frequency and modal shape of the front axle are obtained,and the basic performance of the front axle is evaluated.
