二维超声与彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的临床应用价值 被引量:4

The Clinical Value of Two-dimensional Ultrasound and Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosing Benign and Malignant Thyroid Nodules

摘要 目的探究二维超声与彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的临床应用价值。方法选择2018年7月—2020年6月该院行甲状腺良恶性结节诊断的60例患者作为对象,实施二维超声、多普勒超声及两种超声联合检测,且以手术活检病理结果作为金标准,比较各种检测方式检出率。结果联合检测肿瘤良恶性检测结果与病理检查结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);二维超声(78.33%)及彩色多普勒超声(86.67%)检测与病理检测比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.438、3.491,P<0.05)。而灵敏度与特异度检查结果对比,联合检查(98.33%、96.67%)最高,且分别优于二维(90.00%、78.33%)及彩色多普勒超声(93.33%、86.67%)检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于单一使用二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺良恶性结节价值有限,两种超声联用则能有效提高甲状腺良恶性结节诊断准确率,为临床诊断提供依据。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods From July 2018 to June 2020,60 patients with benign and malignant thyroid nodules diagnosed in the hospital were selected as the subjects,and two-dimensional ultrasound,Doppler ultrasound,and combined detection of the two ultrasounds were performed.And the pathological results of surgical biopsy were used as the gold standard to compare the detection rates of various detection methods.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the results of combined detection of benign and malignant tumors and pathological examinations(P>0.05);two-dimensional ultrasound(78.33%)and color Doppler ultrasound(86.67%)were compared with pathological examinations,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.438,3.491,P<0.05).Compared with the results of sensitivity and specificity examinations,combined examinations(98.33%,96.67%)were the highest,and they were better than two-dimensional(90.00%,78.33%)and color Doppler ultrasound(93.33%,86.67%)respectively.the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the single use of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules,the combined use of the two ultrasounds can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant thyroid nodules and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis.
