摘要
目的:探究二维及彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺癌诊断方面的应用价值。方法:对本院2018年3月~2019年3月检查的60例恶性甲状腺结节患者资料予以回顾分析,患者前期接受二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断,并经手术病理证实确诊,分析不同超声检查资料。结果:二维及彩色多普勒超声联合对甲状腺癌诊断准确率更高(P<0.05)。甲状腺癌应用二维联合彩色多普勒超声检查具有一定的影像学特点。结论:甲状腺癌患者应用二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断能够保证诊断准确率,且能够依据获取的影像学资料表现为临床诊断提供更多依据。
Objective:To explore the application value of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Methods:The data of 60 patients with malignant thyroid nodules examined in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients received twodimensional and color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in the early stage,and the diagnosis was confirmed by surgery and pathology.The analysis is different.Ultrasound examination data.Results:The combination of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound has a higher diagnostic accuracy for thyroid cancer(P<0.05).The application of two-dimensional combined color Doppler ultrasonography for thyroid cancer has certain imaging characteristics.Conclusion:The application of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in patients with thyroid cancer can ensure the accuracy of diagnosis,and can provide more evidence for clinical diagnosis based on the obtained imaging data.
