摘要
目的:研究分析甲状腺肿瘤患者实施彩色多普勒超声检查诊断的临床价值。方法:选取某院2015年12月~2017年12月接收的102例甲状腺肿瘤患者为此次研究任务的主要实验对象,所有患者均经过手术病理检查确诊为甲状腺肿瘤,通过计算机产生随机数字,分为研究组和参照组。其中参照组为51例予以MRI检查诊断,研究组为51例予以彩色超声检查诊断,比较两组不同检查方式的检查准确情况以及病理学检查诊断结果。结果:统计数据并比较分析,研究组共51例甲状腺肿瘤患者均经过手术病理检查确诊,其中共有14例患者为甲状腺囊瘤、8例患者为甲状腺癌、29例患者为结节性甲状腺肿;参照组共51例甲状腺肿瘤患者均经过手术病理检查确诊,其中共有16例患者为甲状腺囊瘤、9例患者为甲状腺癌、26例患者为结节性甲状腺肿,两组病理学检查结果比较无差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组检查准确率为(98.04%),参照组检查准确率为(86.27%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对甲状腺肿瘤患者的临床诊断过程中,积极采用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断方式,具有极高的临床诊断效果,于临床中推广和应用的价值较高。
Objective： To study the clinical value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of tumors. Methods： A total of 102 patients with thyroid tumors received in a hospital from December December 2017 were selected as the main subjects for this study. All patients were diagnosed as tumors by pathological examination and randomly divided into study group and reference group, each thyr 2015 oid to oid 51 cases. Reference group was diagnosed by MRI,study group was diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound, corn pared two groups of different examination methods to check the exact situation and pathological examination results. Results：Through statistical data and comparative analysis, the study group of 51 patients with thy roid tumors were confirmed by surgical pathology, of which a total of 14 patients were thyroid cyst tumors,8 patients were thyroid cancer, 29 patients were nodular goiter; A total of 51 cases of thyroid tumors in the reference group were confirmed by surgery and pathology, of which 16 cases were thyroid cystic tumors, 9 cases were thyroid cancer, 26 cases were nodular goiter. Two groups of pathological examination had no difference （P〉0.05）. The accuracy rate of the study group was （98.04%） and that of the reference group was （86.27%）, the difference was statistically significant （P^0.05）. Conclusion： In the clinical diagnosis of thyroid tumors, actively using the diagnostic method of color doppler ultrasound has a very high clinical diag nostic value and is of great value in clinical promotion and application.
