摘要
残疾人电子商务培训对于残疾人实现"互联网+就业",从而促进其社会融入,具有重要的现实意义。为考察残疾人电子商务培训的现状,本研究对山东省某市12位相关人士(包括残联工作人员、培训老师、学员)进行了访谈,并对102位培训学员进行了问卷调查。研究结果显示,参与电商培训的残疾人学员具有如下特点:在增收诉求和学习欲望驱动下,热情高涨且信念坚定;相对自卑敏感,对培训效果的期待不高;电脑基础薄弱、课下参与度欠缺、抗投资风险能力弱等局限弱化了培训效果。残疾人电子商务培训模式也存在诸多问题:课程设置单一、基础,与实践脱节,进度快慢不一;缺乏后期跟进,培训转化率极低;"资金+货源"双层困扰,电商培训难以发挥真正"疗效"。针对以上问题,文章从社会融入视角加以分析讨论,提出培训课程改善、政府和残联积极介入的建议,以此促进残疾人融入社会,有利于维护社会稳定和谐。
E-commerce training for people with disabilities is of great practical significance to achieve their "Internet Plus Employment" and thus promote their social integration. To investigate the current situation of e-commerce training for the disabled, this study conducted interviews with 12 relevant persons(including a staff member from the Disabled Persons’ Federation, a training teacher and 10 trainees) in a city of Shandong Province, and conducted a questionnaire survey on 102 trainees. The results show that the disabled students who participate in e-commerce training have the following characteristics:(1) driven by income-increasing demands and learning desire, they are enthusiastic and firm in belief;(2) they are relatively low in self-esteem and sensitive, and have no high expectation for the training effect;(3) the training effect is weakened by limitations such as their fragile foundation in computer science, lack of participation after class, and weak ability to resist investment risks. There are also many problems in the e-commerce training mode for the disabled:(1) the course content is single-focused and primary, which is divorced from practice, and the teaching progress is different in pace;(2) the training conversion rate is very low due to the lack of follow-up in the later stage;(3) due to the double-layer problem of "capital and source of goods", e-commerce training is difficult to achieve real "curative effect". Given the above problems, this study analyzes and discusses from the perspective of social integration, and puts forward suggestions on the improvement of training courses, and the active involvement of government and the Disabled Persons’ Federation, Thus, we can promote the disabled’s integration into society and maintain social stability and harmony.
