成都近三十年城市建成区演变特征及驱动力分析 被引量:4

Evolution Characteristics of Urban Built-up Areas in Chengdu and Its Driving Forces in Recent 30 years

摘要 为及时掌握城市建成区变化特征及驱动因子,文章以成都市1988年、1992年、2000年、2004年、2009年、2014年和2018年7期Landsat遥感影像为研究数据,运用分形理论、形状指数理论、紧凑度指数等方法,结合ArcGIS、ENVI软件空间分析功能及SPSS数理解析功能,分析了成都市近三十年来城市建成区演变特征及驱动因素。研究结果表明:(1)在扩张速度上,成都市城市建成区扩展速率大致呈“稳定—缓慢—快速—缓慢—稳定”分布的特征;研究期内,建成区总面积增长了近9倍。(2)在扩张方向上,不同研究时段主要扩展方向不尽相同,其中东部和东南部地区长期落后于其他区域,后期南部地区扩张显著。(3)空间形态上,成都城市建成区空间形态大致呈现“圆环状—放射状—散射状”的变化过程。(4)在驱动因素上,经济总量、人口规模、交通布局和规划政策等因素是推动城市建成区扩展的重要驱动力。 Taken the seven phases of Landsat remote sensing images of Chengdu in 1988,1992,2000,2004,2009,2014 and 2018 as the research data for timely grasping the evolution characteristics and driving factors of urban built-up area,this paper gives an analysis of its evolution characteristics and driving factors of urban built-up areas in the past 30 years by employing fractal theory,shape index theory,compactness index,the spatial analysis functions of ArcGIS and ENVI software,and the mathematical analysis functions of SPSS.The research results show as follows:(1)In terms of the expansion rate,urban built-up areas in Chengdu are roughly characterized by a“stable-slow-fast-slow-stable”normal distribution and the total built-up areas have increased by nearly 9 times during the study period;(2)In the direction of expansion,the urban built-up areas have mainly expanded in the direction of WS,WN,and W from 1988 to 2009,including districts like Shuangliu,Wuhou,Qingyang,and Pidu while the most significant expansion is in the direction of S and E with an obvious external expansion in the later stage of the study,including Tianfu New District and High-tech Zone;(3)In terms of spatial morphology,the urban built-up areas have roughly presented an evolution process of“circular→radial→scattering”;(4)In terms of driving factors,total economic volume,population size,transportation layout and planning policies are the most important driving forces for the expansion of urban built-up areas.
