3D光标跟踪法在鼻窦CT读片中的作用

摘要 目的观察3D光标跟踪法在鼻窦CT读片中的作用。方法观察8名耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院医师采用不同鼻窦CT读片方法的效果。结果采用3D光标跟踪法,住院医师对鼻窦CT结构辨认得分为87.5±12.81,高于采用传统读片法得分(70±15.11)(t=3.33,P<0.05);满意度调查问卷第一部分:住院医师对3D光标跟踪法的反馈评分为17.13±2.23,高于传统读片法(12.25±2.05)(t=4.55,P<0.05);满意度调查问卷第二部分,住院医师对3D光标跟踪法的反馈评分为17.63±2.13,也高于传统读片法(10.63±2.50)(t=6.02,P<0.05)。结论 3D光标跟踪读片法可增强对鼻窦三维空间的理解,该方法值得在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医师进行鼻窦CT读片时应用。 OBJECTIVE To observe the role of 3D cursor tracking in reading of CT images of paranasal sinuses.METHODS Eight residents of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery department were chosen to read sinus CT images by using the 3D cursor tracking and the traditional method.RESULTS The score obtained by the 3D cursor tracking method was 87.5±12.81,and that of traditional method was 70±15.11.There was a significant difference between the two CT film reading methods(t=3.33,P<0.05).In the first part of satisfaction questionnaire,the feedback score of residents on 3D cursor tracking was 17.13±2.23,which was higher than that of traditional film reading method(12.25±2.05)(t=4.55,P<0.05).In the second part of satisfaction questionnaire,the feedback score of residents on 3D cursor tracking was 17.63±2.13,which was also higher than that of traditional film reading method(10.63±2.50)(t=6.02,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The method of 3D cursor tracking sinus CT reading can improve the understanding of the three-dimensional space of paranasal sinuses,and is worthy of clinical application in otolaryngology head and neck surgery.
