液液抽提与抽提蒸馏技术在两苯抽提中的能耗比较 被引量:3

摘要 芳烃抽提技术主要是从重整生成油或者乙烯裂解汽油中得到苯、甲苯、混合二甲苯产品的技术。国内已工业化的芳烃抽提技术主要有中国石化工程建设有限公司开发的液液抽提技术以及中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的抽提蒸馏技术。两种技术各有所长,针对不同的原料组成以及产品方案,应具体选择使用哪种技术。本文主要研究,针对重整生成油进料,生产苯、甲苯的情况下,探讨比较两种技术的适用性。 Aromatics extraction technology is mainly used to obtain benzene,toluene and mixed xylene products from reformate or ethylene cracking gasoline.Liquid liquid extraction technology developed by SEI and extractive distillation technology developed by Research Institute of petrochemical industry are the main aromatics extraction technologies that have been industrialized in China.Each of the two technologies has its own advantages.According to different raw material composition and product scheme,which technology should be used.This paper mainly studies the applicability of the two technologies in the production of benzene and toluene from reformate feedstock.
