摘要
目的讨论老年糖尿病患者出现低血糖反应的院前急救护理对策。方法现针对2018年6月—2019年6月期间经该院120急救治疗的老年糖尿病低血糖反应患者资料进行回顾性分析,将实施综合院前急救护理的86例患者作为研究组,将实施常规院前急救护理的86例患者作为对照组,比较两组患者的血糖改变情况、护理满意度以及救治时间。结果经120接诊时,两组的空腹血糖值差异无统计学意义(t=0.872,P=0.384);120接诊至医院急诊室时研究组患者的空腹血糖值明显要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.339,P<0.05);研究组患者从接诊昏迷状态到恢复清醒时间与对照组相比明显较短,差异有统计学意义(t=25.539,P<0.05);研究组86例患者中仅有1例不满意,护理满意度为98.82%,对照组86例患者中则有8例不满意,护理满意度为90.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.220,P=0.039)。结论对老年糖尿病低血糖反应患者进行综合院前急救护理,可在短时间内改变患者血糖水平,缩短救治时间,提升护理满意度,具有较好的应用价值和推广价值。
Objective To discuss the pre-hospital emergency care strategies for elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia.Methods The data of elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia who received 120 emergency treatment in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.86 patients undergoing comprehensive pre-hospital emergency care will be used as the study group;86 patients undergoing routine pre-hospital emergency care patients served as the control group,and the blood glucose changes,nursing satisfaction and treatment time of the two groups were compared.Results The difference in fasting blood glucose between the two groups at 120 admissions was not statistically significant(t=0.872,P=0.384);the fasting blood glucose of the study group was at 120 admissions to the emergency room of the hospital obviously better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.339,P<0.05);the time from being unconscious to regaining consciousness in the study group was obviously shorter compared with that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=25.539,P<0.05);only 1 out of 86 patients in the study group was dissatisfied,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 98.82%,8 of the 86 patients in the control group were dissatisfied,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 90.69%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.220,P=0.039).Conclusion Comprehensive pre-hospital emergency care for elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia can change the patient's blood glucose level in a short time,shorten the treatment time,and improve nursing satisfaction.It has good application value and promotion value.
