摘要
目的讨论甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗糖尿病的效果。方法将该院2020年1—12月期间收治90例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组(接受甘精胰岛素治疗)与研究组(接受甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗)各45例,观察指标:疗效、血糖水平、血脂水平、胰岛素水平、血糖达标时间、胰岛素使用量及不良反应。结果研究组疗效有效率的(93.33%)明显高于对照组的(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组各项血糖水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇指标明显高于对照组,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、三酰甘油指标均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组胰岛β细胞功能指标明显高于对照组,空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数指标均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血糖达标时间及胰岛素使用量指标均明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药后不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗糖尿病疗效高,利于有效改善患者血糖、血脂及胰岛素水平,可缩短血糖达标时间、减少胰岛素使用量,且联用不会额外发生不良反应。
Objective To discuss the effect of insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in the treatment of diabetes.Methods 90 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into a control group(receiving insulin glargine treatment)and a study group(receiving insulin glargine combined with glimepiride treatment)with 45 cases each,observation indicators:curative effect,blood glucose level,blood lipid level,insulin level,time to reach the target blood glucose,insulin usage and adverse reactions.Results The effective rate of 93.33%in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol index of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol,and triacylglycerol indexes were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pancreaticβ-cell function indexes of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the fasting insulin and insulin resistance index indexes were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group's blood glucose reaching standard time and insulin consumption index were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after medication(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of insulin glargine and glimepiride has a high curative effect in the treatment of diabetes,which is beneficial to effectively improve blood glucose,blood lipid and insulin levels in
