摘要
目的针对老年糖尿病患者应用甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲进行治疗,对其临床治疗效果进行对比。方法选择该院在2018年1月—2019年12月收治100例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,分别为实验组和对照组,均给予常规治疗措施,同时针对对照组患者加用甘精胰岛素,针对实验组加用甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc、HOMA-IR、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-L水平均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年糖尿病患者应用甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲进行治疗,能够有效改善老年糖尿病患者的各项血糖、血脂相关指标,从而促使患者的治疗有效率得到提升,使患者生活质量的显著提升。
Objective To treat elderly diabetic patients with insulin glargine combined with glimepiride,and compare their clinical therapeutic effects.Methods 100 elderly diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,and both were given conventional treatment measures.Insulin glargine was added to the control group,and insulin glargine combined with glimepiride was added to the experimental group to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,HDL-C,and LDL-L of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin glargine combined with glimepiride for the treatment of elderly diabetic patients can effectively improve various blood glucose and blood lipid-related indicators in elderly diabetic patients,thereby promoting the effective treatment of patients and achieving significant improvement of the quality of life of patients.
