摘要
该文为了探讨瑜伽对女大学生抑郁症的干预情况,通过SDS抑郁自评量表对女大学生进行测评,结果显示,瑜伽对女大学生抑郁症有明显的改善效果,实验组在得分上明显高于对照组,且在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧因子中表现出显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组在强迫、精神性因子中与对照组虽无统计学意义,但得分均高于对照组,表明女大学生抑郁症患者更适合通过练习瑜伽达到治疗的效果。建议将实验所得的经验应用到女大学生中,减少抑郁症学生数量,让其以积极的心态看待事物,心向阳光,早日消除病症。
In order to explore the intervention of yoga on female college students'depression,the SDS self rating depression scale was used to evaluate female college students.The results showed that yoga had obvious improvement effect on female college students'depression.The score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there were significant differences in somatization,depression,anxiety and fear factors(P<0.05).Although there was no statistical significance between the mental factors and the control group,the scores were higher than those of the control group,which verified that female college students with depression were more suitable to achieve the therapeutic effect by practicing yoga.It is suggested that applying the experimental experience to female college students can reduce the number of students with depression,make them look at things with a positive attitude,and turn to the sunshine,so as to eliminate the disease as soon as possible.
