摘要
钆塞酸二钠(Gd-EOB-DTPA)是肝细胞特异性对比剂,广泛用于肝胆系统MRI。本文针对基于Gd-EOB-DTPA增强MRI的肝胆期信号强度、灌注参数、T1 mapping、影像组学和深度学习评价肝纤维化程度研究进展进行综述。
Gd-EOB-DTPA is a hepatocyte-specific contrast agent,which has been widely used in MRI of hepatobiliary system.The research progresses of evaluating the degree of hepatic fibrosis based on Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI,including hepatobiliary phase signal intensities,perfusion parameters,T1 mapping,radiomics and deep learning were reviewed in this article.
