摘要
针对目前201×7型树脂硅中毒而相关解毒工艺尚不完善的问题,提出了利用对比试验来研究树脂解毒工艺的方法。以内蒙古某酸法地浸采铀矿山为例,使用SEM对硅在201×7型树脂中的存在形式及分布区域进行扫描,采用60~70 g/L的NaOH溶液为解毒剂,通过洗酸溶硅解毒液回收漂洗进行树脂解毒,以明确在相应条件下使用规模化解毒操作方法。结果表明,该方法操作简单,对树脂中硅的解吸率超过90%,解毒后树脂的性能恢复到与新树脂一致的水平。本工艺可作为铀提取、废水处理等行业201×7型树脂硅中毒解毒的工艺参考。
In view of the current problem of 201×7 resin silicone poisoning and the related incomplete detoxification process,a method of using comparative experiments to research the resin detoxification process is proposed.Taking an in-situ leaching uranium mine in Inner Mongolia as an example,the existing form and distribution area of silicon in 201×7 resin are scanned by SEM.Using 60~70 g/L NaOH solution as antidote,the resin is detoxified by acid washing,silicon dissolution,detoxification solution recovery and rinsing,so as to clarify the large-scale detoxification operation method under corresponding conditions.The results show that the method is simple to operate,the resolution rate of silicon in the resin exceeds 90%,and the performance of the resin is restored to the level of the new resin after detoxification.This process can be used as a reference for the 201×7 resin silicon poisoning and detoxification process in industries such as uranium extraction and wastewater treatment.
