锌离子对载银树脂抗菌性能的影响

摘要 制备负载有锌离子的载银树脂并进行水处理及抑菌环试验,研究锌离子的引入对载银树脂抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,当树脂上银和锌质量比大于4.5时,载银树脂具有良好的抗菌能力,处理后的水样60h以后才会有细菌出现,纯载锌树脂处理后的水中在20h后就有细菌出现。载银树脂样品形成的抑菌环直径随时间的变化率较小,但纯载锌树脂的抑菌环直径减小量很大。说明载银树脂抗菌能力主要依赖的是负载的银离子,锌离子的引入有利于提高其抗菌能力,但对抗菌耐久性影响不是很大。 The effect of the zinc ion addition on the antibacterial ability of the silver-carried resin is investigated by preparation of silver-carried resin with zinc ion and experiments of water treatment and antibacterial ring.The results show that the silver-carried resin has better antibacterial ability when the rate of Ag/Zn(quality) is greater than 4.5.The water sample treated by resin birthed bacterium after 60h,but the time of zinc-carried resin is 20h.The change rate of antibacterial ring made by silver-carried is small along with the change of time. But the change rate by zinc-carried resin is quite obviously. So it is concluded that the antibacterial ability of silver-carried resin mainly depended on the silver ions. Zinc ions improved the antibacterial ability and had no effect on the antibacterial durability.
