摘要
糖尿病前期(Pre-diabetes Mellitus,PDM)又称为糖调节受损(Impaired Sugar Regulation,IGR),是正常糖代谢发展到糖尿病的一个过渡阶段,具有不稳定性和可逆性,包括空腹血糖受损(Impaired Fasting Glucose,IFG)、糖耐量低减(Impaired Glucose Tolerance,IGT)以及IFG和IGT并存。现代医学研究发现,PDM的病因同糖尿病(Diabetes Melitus,DM)一样尚未完全阐明,目前认为PDM的发生与遗传易感性和环境因素有关。临床所用西药对于DM的治疗有一定的效果,但是其存在不同程度的不良反应且价格较高,使其应用受到限制,以上原因使得中医药在DM的治疗中显示出较大的优势。本文通过分析相关文献对天然产物治疗PDM的机制和研究现状进行综述,从而为中药治疗PDM提供科学的理论依据。
Prediabetes mellitus also known as impaired sugar regulation, is a transitional stage from normal glucose metabolism to diabetes. It is unstable and reversible, including impaired fasting blood glucose. Fasting glucose impaired glucose tolerance, and IFG and IGT coexist. Modern medical research has found that the etiology of PDM has not been fully elucidated just like DM. It is currently believed that the occurrence of PDM is related to genetic susceptibility and environmental factors. Western medicines used clinically have a certain effect on DM, but they have different levels of adverse reactions and are relatively expensive, which limits their application. The above reasons make TCM medicine show a greater advantage in the treatment of DM. This article summarizes the mechanism and research status of natural products in the treatment of PDM by analyzing relevant literature, so as to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the treatment of PDM with TCM medicine.
