摘要
目的:探讨针对慢性腰腿疼痛综合征患者应用针灸联合中药熏洗治疗的效果。方法:采用随机数表法将60例慢性腰腿疼痛综合征患者分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组实施针灸治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中药熏洗治疗。对比两组治疗14天后疗效、疼痛程度、关节活动度、炎症因子水平及生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率较对照组高,关节疼痛评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)水平均较对照组低,疼痛综合评分、关节活动度、36项简明健康状况调查量表(The Mos Item Short From 36 Health Survey,SF-36)评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性腰腿疼痛综合征患者采取针灸联合中药熏洗治疗,能够有效提升疗效,促进炎症吸收,缓解疼痛症状,改善生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the effects of acupuncture plus TCM medicine fumigation and washing on chronic lumbocrural pain syndrome. Methods: 60 cases in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated by acupuncture, and the observation group was given acupuncture plus TCM medicine fumigation and washing. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the joint pain score, TNF-α and IL-1β levels were lower than the control group;the pain comprehensive score, joint mobility, and SF-36 score were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture plus TCM medicine fumigation and washing on chronic lumbocrural pain syndrome can increase efficacy, promote the absorption of inflammation, relieve pain symptoms, and improve the life quality.
