摘要
目的：研究分析针灸综合治疗对于慢性腰腿痛患者的临床治疗效果。方法2011～2013年我院共选取了78例慢性腰腿痛患者来进行分组研究，对照组和试验组两组，对照组使用辨证论治，试验组使用针灸综合疗法，对其效果进行比较分析。结果两组患者经过治疗后，试验组有效率是92.3%，使用传统的辩证药物治疗的临床有效率是53.8%，比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论针灸综合疗法可以给慢性腰腿痛患者带来较好的治疗效果，临床中病情改善明显，对患者的生活压力和经济压力都起到了缓解的效果。
Objective To study the analysis of combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for clinical treatment of patients with chronic low back pain.Methods From 2011 to 2013 in our hospital were selected 78 cases of chronic lumbocrural pain patients for group study, the control group and the test group two groups, the control group using the syndrome differentiation and treatment, the experimental group uses the acupuncture therapy, a comparative analysis of the effect. Results The two groups of patients after treatment, the experimental group has efifciency is 92.3%, the dialectical medication use traditional therapy clinical efifcacy rate was 53.8%, higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy can bring good therapeutic effects for patients with chronic low back pain, the clinical condition of patients improved obviously, life pressure and economic pressure play a relieving effect.
