摘要
浸渍胶膜纸饰面胶合板是近些年国内率先发展起来的人造板材,其以胶合板为基材,浸渍胶膜纸为饰面材料,能同时具备浸渍胶膜纸耐磨、耐灼烧、耐腐蚀和耐划伤等性能以及胶合板尺寸稳定性好和表面平整度高的特点,针对该人造板相关性能的研究较为丰富。从浸渍胶膜纸饰面胶合板的生产原料(基材、胶膜纸)和本身的性能两方面阐述近些年国内外的研究现状,并对现阶段研究做出评价。最后,讨论当前浸渍胶膜纸饰面胶合板所存在的问题,并提出相应建议,以期为未来该人造板材的研究和发展提供参考。
Plywood overlaid with thermosetting resin impregnated paper is a kind of wood-based panel developed first in China in recent years,with plywood as base material and impregnated film paper as veneer material,characterized by both abrasion resistance,burning resistance,corrosion resistance and scratch resistance of impregnated film paper as well as good dimensional stability and high surface flatness of plywood.There are abundant researches on the related properties of this wood-based panel.In this paper,overseas and domestic research status in recent years were described from two aspects of raw materials(base material,film paper)and properties of impregnated film paper veneer plywood,and research at the current stage were evaluated.Finally,the existing problems with plywood overlaid with thermosetting resin impregnated paper were discussed,and the corresponding suggestions were put forward with the aim to provide reference for the future research and development of this artificial wood-based panel.
