摘要
目的:初步探究中医外治内服法在多发性硬化(Multiple Sclerosis,MS)缓解期治疗中的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析MS缓解期患者通过使用中医传统按摩治疗手段,配合口服健脑固髓汤治疗的临床疗效,疗效评价采用延伸残疾状况评估量表(Extend the Disability Status Scale, EDSS)、患者生活能力评估Barthel指数量表、患者自觉症状改善所需次数和有效率分析,初步探究中医外治内服法治疗MS的临床应用价值。结果:患者共15例,治疗后Barthel指数量表评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),EDSS量表评估除视力症状改善欠佳外,其余评价指标均不同程度改善,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。患者自觉症状改善所需平均治疗次数为(26.44±1.74)次。治愈0例,有效和显效9例,无效6例。结论:中医外治内服法对于MS缓解期治疗有一定效果,可减缓长期服用西药所带来的不良反应。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of external treatment and internal administration of TCM on multiple sclerosis.Methods: Retrospective analysis of the clinical efficacy in MS patients in remission by using massage with oral the Naojiangumedi decoction(健脑固髓汤). The efficacy was evaluated by the Extend the Disability Status Scale(EDSS), Barthel Index, the number of times that the patient reported improvement in symptoms by himself and efficiency analysis, to preliminarily explore the clinical value of external treatment and internal administration of TCM. Result: 15 patients were treated by this therapy. After treatment, the score of Barthel Index Scale decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05). Except for poor improvement of visual symptoms, other evaluation indexes of EDSS Scale improved to varying degrees,(P<0.05). The mean number of treatments required for symptom improvement was(26.44±1.74). 0 case was cured, 9 cases were effective or obvious, and 6 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 60%.Conclusion: External treatment and internal administration of TCM have certain effects on MS, which can alleviate the side effects caused by long-term use of western medicine.
