摘要
面对实践中遭遇的“合而不作”“共而不享”“共而不生”等困境,学习共同体如何在“共在”中迈向“共享、共生、共荣”成为亟需破解的难题。沿着“现实检视-意蕴重构-路径再造”的致思进路,检视学习共同体之“美景宏愿”遭遇“尴尬窘境”的现实,文章从内在机理上剖析其致因,明确平等、和谐、负责的主体间关系是撬动窘境、实现宏愿之关键,厘清主体间关系构建之理路。此外,文章以开展多年的“摄影基础”课程为实践基础,基于他者性理论提出从“精拟学习契约,重建主体性,生成主体自觉”“建立多重圈群,重塑伦理价值,激发主体责任”“组织多样活动,重构主体间关系,养成交往自觉”三个方面再造学习共同体,以期为学习共同体的具体实践提供理论指导。
When faced with the difficulties such as“superficial cooperation without results”,“staying together without sharing”,“staying together without creation”and others encountered in the practice of the learning community,how to move toward“sharing,symbiosis and co-prosperity”in the“co-existence”has become an urgent problem to be solved.Along with the thinking path of“reality inspection-meaning reconstruction-path reconstruction”,this paper examined the reality that the“beautiful vision”of the learning community encountered the“embarrassing dilemma”,analyzed its causes from the internal mechanism,made it clear that the equal,harmonious and responsible inter-subject relationship was the key to leveraging the dilemma and realizing the vision,and clarified the inter-subject relationship for the construction of the practical path.Further,based on the otherness theory and the practical experience of the course“Fundamentals of Photography”for years,the practical path of the community moving towards symbiosis and co-prosperity were this paper reconstructed learning community from three aspects of“elaborating the learning contract,rebuilding subjectivity,generating subject consciousness”,“establishing multiple circles,and reshaping ethical values,motivating principal responsibility”,and“organizing various activities,reconstructing intersubjective relation,fostering communication consciousness”,expecting to provide theoretical reference for the specific practice of learning community.
