大容量高速电机铍钴锆铜异形导条挤拉工艺研究

摘要 8 MW 8000 r/min级大容量超高速异步电动机转子导条为异形形状且尺寸精度要求高。本文在冷变形中间设置一道固溶处理工艺,很好地解决了满足尺寸精度的问题,又提高了尺寸、性能和内部组织的均匀性。本文的工艺路线设置为异形铜合金工件的挤压拉拔成型生产提供了有价值的参考。 The rotor conducting bar of 8 MW 8000 r/min class large capacity ultra-high speed induction motor is of special shape and requires high dimensional accuracy.In this paper,a solid solution treatment process is set up in the middle of cold deformation,which solves the problem of satisfying dimensional accuracy well,and improves the dimensional performance and the uniformity of internal structure.The process route set in this paper provides a valuable reference for the production of special-shaped copper alloy workpiece by extrusion and drawing.
