超高速水泵电动机CuCo2BeZr合金导条挤压工艺及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 某电动机转子导条性能要求高,选择了CuCo2BeZr(铍钴锆铜合金)。对其进行了水封挤压(挤压温度930℃、挤压比20)+冷拉成形(变形量27%)+真空时效(520℃×4 h),测试了力学性能和导电率。结果表明,采用水封挤压+冷拉成形+真空时效工艺生产的导条,满足美国西屋公司标准要求;导条挤压后得到了均匀细小的等轴晶组织,心部晶粒尺寸大于边缘部位;CuCo2BeZr合金导条的室温性能为:R_m=856 MPa、R_(p0.2)=748 MPa、A_5=20%、硬度=100 HRB、导电率=53%IACS;427℃高温性能为:R_m=620 MPa、R_(p0.2)=585 MPa、A_5=5.5%。对80件导条超声波探伤,合格率为100%。 WANG Yueyuan1, LI Xuehao2, ZHU Renpin2 (1. Zhenjiang Siyang Special Metal Material Manufacture Co., Ltd., Zhenjiang 212003, China) As the performance requirements of a motor rotor conducting bar were high, the CuCo2BeZr (Be-Co-Zr-Cu) alloy was selected. Water seal extrusion (extrusion temperature of 930 ℃ and extrusion ratio of 20)+ cold drawing forming (deformation of 27%) + vacuum aging (520℃× 4 h) of the alloy was carried out. Mechanical properties and electrical conductivity were tested. The results show that the conducting bars produced by the seal extrusion+cold drawing forming+ vacuum aging meet the standard requirements of Westinghouse; after extrusion, the small and uniform grains microstructure in conducting bar is obtained, and the size of the core is larger than that of the edge; the room temperature properties of CuCo2BeZr alloy conducting bar are Rm=856 MPa, R00.2=748 MPa, A5=20%, hardness=f00 HRB, conductivity=53%IACS; High temperature performance of 427 ℃ are Rm=620 MPa, Rp0.2=585 MPa, A 5=5.5% o For 80 pieces of conducting bars, the qualified rate of ultrasonic flaw detection is 100%.
