基于“脾气散精”理论探讨助脾散精法通过TXNIP/miR-204/MafA信号通路防治IGT的机制研究设想 被引量:1

摘要 胰岛β细胞功能不足是糖耐量减低(IGT)发病关键,TXNIP/miR-204/MafA信号通路参与调节胰岛β细胞功能。脾不散精是IGT发病的主要病机,助脾散精法是IGT的主要治法,通过调节信号通路改善胰岛β细胞功能。TXNIP、miR-204、MFA均与胰岛β细胞功能密切相关,TXNIP参与调控miR-204的表达,MafA作为miR-204的下游作用靶点,表达参与调节胰岛β细胞的功能。本文基于“脾气散精”理论,从TXNIP/miR-204/MafA信号通路角度探讨胰岛细胞功能不足,有助于深入探讨助脾散精法治疗IGT的作用机理,为中医药治疗IGT提供新的研究思路。 The dysfunction of isletβ-cell is the key to the pathogenesis of impaired glucose tolerance(IGT).TXNIP/miR-204/MafA signaling pathway is involved in the regulation of isletβ-cell function.Spleen-Qi failing to transport essence is the main pathogenesis of IGT,therefore the main therapy for IGT is to assist Spleen in transporting essence,which can improve the function of isletβ-cell by regulating the signaling pathway.TXNIP,miR-204 and MafA are all closely related to the function of isletβ-cell.TXNIP is involved in regulating the expression of miR-204,and MafA,as the downstream target of miR-204,is involved in regulating the function of isletβ-cell.Based on the theory of Spleen-Qi transporting essence,this study explored the insufficiency of islet cells from the perspective of TXNIP/miR-204/MafA signaling pathway,which was helpful to further explore the mechanism of Spleen-Qi transporting essence in the treatment of IGT,so as to provide new research ideas for the treatment of IGT in TCM.
