摘要
冠心病是一类临床的常见病和多发病,属于中医学“胸痹”范畴,活血通脉法是冠心病的主要治法之一。其具体含义包括:疏肝理气、活血通脉、活血化瘀、通脉止痛、辛温散寒、活血通脉、化痰祛瘀和活血通脉。通过梳理总结出活血通脉法可在治疗心绞痛、心肌梗死、冠心病PCI术后、缺血性心肌病等方面发挥中医药的独特优势,其作用机制与影响血小板功能、保护血管内皮、改善血脂、血流变学、抑制细胞凋亡等有关。
Coronary heart disease,a first-class common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic,belongs to the category of chest painful impediment in traditional Chinese medicine.The method of promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals is one of its main treatment methods,which involves the following specific implications:dispersing the liver and regulating qi,activating blood and resolving stasis,removing the obstruction in collaterals and relieving pain,dispelling cold with pungent and warm natured drugs,dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis.It can be concluded that the method of promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals can make full use of the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris,myocardial infarction,coronary heart disease after PCI,ischemic cardiomyopathy,etc.,and its mechanism of action may be related to affecting the platelet functions,protecting the vascular endothelium,improving blood lipid and hemorheology,and inhibiting cell apoptosis,etc.
