摘要
目的:探讨采用慢性肾脏病管理模式对终末期肾病患者进行护理对其营养状况及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年9月期间东莞东华医院松山湖院区泌尿外科收治的80例终末期肾病患者作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将这些患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各有40例患者。在两组患者住院期间,均对其进行肾脏替代治疗。在此基础上,对对照组患者进行常规护理,采取慢性肾脏病管理模式对观察组患者进行护理。然后比较两组患者在护理前后各项营养状况指标的水平、生存质量评分、营养不良的严重程度。结果:护理后,观察组患者血清总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白的水平及世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)中的生理评分、心理评分、社会关系评分、环境评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者中营养不良分度为轻度的患者所占的比例高于对照组患者中相应患者的占比,P<0.05;观察组患者中营养不良分度为中度、重度的患者所占的比例均低于对照组患者中相应患者的占比,P<0.05。结论:采用慢性肾脏病管理模式对终末期肾病患者进行护理,有助于改善其营养状况,提高其生存质量。
Objective:To explore the effects of chronic kidney disease management mode on the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with end-stage renal disease.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,80 patients with end-stage renal disease treated in the Department of Urology,Songshan Lake Hospital,Dongguan Donghua Hospital were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with renal replacement therapy during hospitalization.On this basis,the control group patients for routine nursing,chronic kidney disease management model for the observation group of patients for nursing.Then compared the two groups of patients before and after nursing the level of nutritional status indicators,quality of life score,malnutrition severity.Results:After nursing,the levels of serum total protein,albumin,pre-albumin and transferrin in observation group,as well as the physiological score,psychological score,social relationship score and environmental score in WHO Quality of life Scale(WHOQOL BREF)were higher than those in control group,P<0.05.The proportion of patients with mild malnutrition in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;The proportion of patients with moderate and severe malnutrition in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The nursing of patients with end-stage renal disease with chronic kidney disease management model is helpful to improve their nutritional status and quality of life.
