摘要 目的观察并探讨经皮电刺激对大鼠周围神经再生的组织学影响和促进神经损伤后功能恢复的机制。方法用组织学方法观察经皮电刺激对损伤周围神经髓鞘结构和数目的影响,并与对照组进行比较。结果经皮电刺激组可见大量新生髓鞘,髓鞘数目为[(715.29±84.30)个,(?)±s,下同],较对照组(403.67±70.56)个明显增多,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经皮电刺激可能具有通过促进Schwann细胞增殖和髓鞘形成,改善受损周围神经再生修复的作用。 Objective In order to explore the possible mechanism of the effect of transcutaneous electric stimulation on peripheral nerve functional recovery, the histological changes of injured sciatic nerve in rats were studied. Methods Sciatic nerve injury model was created in rats. Transcutaneous electric stimulation was then applied postoperatively. Rats that did not receive stimulation served as control. The structure and number of myelin sheaths of the sciatic nerve was observed by histological methods and compared between the experimental goup and control group. Results There were more myelin sheaths in the sciatic nerve of the transcutaneous electric stimulation rats (715.29 ± 84.30) than in that of the control rats (403.67 ± 70.56). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Transcutaneous electric stimulation promotes regeneration of injured peripheral nerve through enhancing Schwann cell proliferation and myelin sheaths formation.
